Who is responsible for your data?
The rochet-schneider.com website is published by STUDIOPACK, a single-member limited liability company (EURL) with a share capital of €7,500, registered office: 6 chemin du Trouillat, 69130 Écully, France, SIREN 441 501 954 (Lyon Trade and Companies Register), owner of the Rochet-Schneider brand. For any question about your data: allthatmovesyou@rochet-schneider.com.
What data do we collect?
The rochet-schneider.com website currently has no online shop and no customer accounts. Two types of data may be collected:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry and your message.
- Audience measurement (only if you accept it): browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate location) collected by Google Analytics.
Important: never send an idea with commercial value through the contact form or by email. As stated on the Contact page, doing so means giving up your rights to that idea: protect it first.
Why, and on what legal basis?
- To reply to your message (opinion, idea, question): legal basis, our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.
- To measure website traffic in order to improve the site: legal basis, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is never sold or transferred, and is not used for marketing without your consent.
How long do we keep it?
- Contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange.
- Audience measurement data: no more than 14 months.
Who has access to it?
Only STUDIOPACK has access to messages sent through the form. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). Audience measurement data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); it may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
“The Missing Ones” votes
On the voting pages for cars No. 29 and No. 30, we record the make and model you suggest, without your name or email address. To ensure one vote per person, we set a technical cookie (“rs_voted”) and keep an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address: the IP address itself is not stored. This data is used only to count the votes (legitimate interest) and is deleted when the vote ends.
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. No Google Analytics cookie is set without your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.
- tarteaucitron: stores your cookie choices (technical cookie, exempt from consent).
- pll_language: stores the language you chose, French or English (technical cookie, exempt from consent).
- _ga, _ga_*: Google Analytics, audience measurement (subject to your consent, maximum duration 13 months).
